Q: When are we open for business?
Answer: Our business hours are Monday – Friday 10.00 am – 6.00pm.
Q: Can I extend the rental period?
Answer: Yes. However, we encourage early notice to be provided as extensions will be given subject to availability.
Q: Are there cancellation fees if I cancel a booking?
Answer: If you are cancelling 48 hours prior to the booking date there is not cancellation charges. Otherwise, booking fee is not refundable.
Q: What happens if I can’t pay on time?
Answer: 10% penalty fee.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: Direct Debit, Internet banking, Card payment, Cash in hand.
Q: Holding Deposit/Security?
Answer: Yes, you have to pay $50 security/deposit.
Q: What sort of ID proof do I need?
Answer: Primary Photo Id/driving licence/passport/employee Id/rent Id.
Q: Can other person can live on behalf of the person on contract?
Answer: Not other than contract person can live. Or they have to show appropriate relation with the person on contract.
Q: Am I allowed to have pets?
Answer: No.
Q: Is Internet access is available?
Answer: Yes.
Q: Can I use another person’s Credit Card to pay for my rental?
Answer: No.
